Grilled Pear + Ghee Recipe

For lung health and a nice treat to end the night, here’s our go-to dessert.

Ingredients:

1 pear

1 T of ghee

1 T of raw manuka honey

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Sprinkle of himalayan salt

Directions:

1. Cut pear in half

2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt

3. Heat up a skillet with ghee. Once heated up, place pear face down until seared (2-3 minutes)

4. Place in oven until pear is soft (7-10 minutes)

5. Top with some more cinnamon and a scoop of honey
