Warming Salad | Root Veggie Recipe

This grounding, warm salad is excellent for the days where you want your veggies but are craving something a little more filling.


Ingredients:

1 small roasted Japanese potato

2 small carrots

1 small beet

2 dates (pitted)

small handful of sprouted almonds + a sprinkle of hemp seeds

1 Tbsp of avocado oil

salt & pepper

smoked paprika


Dressing:

1 T of olive oil

2 T of chopped oregano

1 t of Dijon

1 t of ACV

1/2 T of honey

salt & pepper

Assemble ingredients + apply dressing.
